Shipping Policy
Questions on Cost for Shipping:
Our worldwide standard shipping free on all orders $65+, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied. Standard shipping is shown during checkout for all orders less than $65.
If you would like to change your shipping address:
If your order is already paid and you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately and include your order number for faster processing. Unfortunately, we cannot edit your address or modify your order once your order has been processed by our warehouse, so please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information during the checkout.
It is very important that you provide us with the correct shipping information. We will not be held liable for any failed delivery due to wrong delivery information provided by the customer during the checkout.
What is the ETA for my order?
Holidays excluded, standard fulfillment takes 1-2 business days and shipping take 5-12 days after the order is placed. Depending on where you live, delivery may take a longer time to arrive.
Tracking orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email.
Return & Refund Policy
Please note that due to hygiene concerns we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind or if you wish to request a different style/size. we encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase.
Damages and issues:
If the item arrives damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hellostylernails@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
-It should be unused, with all tool kit items the item must be in its original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition.
** Please note, we do not accept items returned to us without prior approval.
